Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours of being placed.
- Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- During busy periods such as sales events or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Delivery Times
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery takes 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
- All orders will be delivered within the timeframe required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- If your order hasn't moved within a reasonable period, reach out to us at contact@hyroxyfit.com and we'll look into it.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight and delivery destination.
- The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- Fees may vary depending on active promotions or updates to our shipping rates.
4. International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide.
- Delivery times vary by destination.
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or lost packages.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. HyroxyFit LLC has no control over these fees and is unable to predict their amount.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
- You can follow your shipment directly on the carrier's website or through our tracking page at hyroxyfit.com/apps/tracking.
- Having trouble tracking your order? Get in touch with our support team and we'll assist you.
6. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- HyroxyFit LLC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
- If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.
- We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched.
7. Delivery Delays
We do our best to meet all estimated delivery windows, but some delays are outside of our control, including:
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather events
- Customs inspections, strikes, or local disturbances
HyroxyFit LLC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these or similar circumstances.
8. Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages
If your package is returned to us because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
- Failure to collect the parcel from the carrier within the required timeframe
The full cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
9. Package Insurance
All orders are insured against loss or damage until the point of delivery.
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first to open an investigation.
- While HyroxyFit LLC is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address, our support team will do everything possible to help you file a claim.
- All claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
