Return & Exchange Policy

At Hyroxyfit, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we've made the return and exchange process as simple as possible.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange — no stress, no rush.

To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags and hygiene liners intact (where applicable)
  • Free from odors, stains, or any signs of use

You're welcome to return part of your order — no need to send everything back if you're happy with the rest.

🇪🇺 EU Customers: In line with European consumer law, you are entitled to a minimum 14-day withdrawal period. We extend this to 30 days for all our customers.


2. Starting a Return or Exchange

Reach out to our team at contact@hyroxyfit.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  • A brief reason or details about your request

We'll get back to you with the return address and next steps.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method — Hyroxyfit cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank or provider).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem.

  • Exchanges depend on current stock availability.
  • Once your request is confirmed, we'll ship your replacement and guide you through returning the original item.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items

We're sorry if something went wrong. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us at contact@hyroxyfit.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Attach photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve it faster
  • We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges — unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
